Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities
The Annual Conference & Exposition is designed to update the therapists’s knowledge of products, information, services, literature and equipment pertinent to the treatment of their patients. This conference provides the opportunity for therapists and exhibitors to mutually benefit through an exchange of information, ideas and concerns. While there may be slow times when the meeting is in session, there will be a steady flow of contacts during unopposed exhibit time.
*WOTA recognizes the value exhibitors add to the meeting and will do all in our power to increase exposure opportunities including challenging each attendee to ask you a question about your product or service in exchange for your autograph.
We do read the exhibitor evaluation forms! WOTA is offering you the option of exhibiting on both Friday and Saturday, Friday only or Saturday only. Installation of Exhibits and Registration
Standard booth equipment includes: 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drapes, exhibitor sign, 8’ table and chairs, setup and tear down assistance including storage and clean-up fees. In addition, a 25 word promotional description of your equipment, products or services will be printed in the Conference program, WOTA offers unopposed exhibit time on both Friday and Saturday, refreshments for exhibitors in the hospitality room, and two lunches per booth provided on Friday and Saturday. Exhibit space is $400.00 per 8 x 10 foot booth. Installation hours have not yet been determined.
Dismantling of Exhibits

All exhibits must be dismantled and removed prior to 3:00 p.m. No packing of equipment, literature, etc. or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until the official closing time. After the exposition, it is the responsibility of each exhibiting company to return their space to the condition in which they assumed it. Any damage to that space will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. (Dismantling schedule has not yet been determined).
Cancellation
Cancellation of space must be in writing. Companies cancelling after September 15, 2010 will not receive a refund. In the event of fire, strikes, riots, civil commotion, acts of God, war and other unavoidable circumstances rendering it impossible or impractical for any reason for the WOTA to perform such contract, the Association’s performance under such contract shall be excused. In such events, all deposits and payments made by the exhibitor for space shall be returned to the exhibitor minus any expenses incurred by the Association on behalf of the exhibitor.
Use of Association Logo
Use of the association logo in any form is forbidden. Reference to the Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Association in any form of advertisement must be approved in advance by the association.
Agreement
The exhibitor hereby agrees to be bound by the Rules and Regulations outlined in this letter and in the contract application. The exhibitor further agrees to adhere to and be bound by 1) all applicable fire, utility, and building codes and regulations, 2) any rules or regulations of the facility where the exposition is held.
Additional opportunities for your participation in the Conference
Consider enhancing your visibility and support of the WOTA by participating in one or more of the following opportunities.
Conference Sponsor $5000
Acknowledged as an official sponsor by signage displayed at the event, a full page ad in the post-Conference newsletter, link on the WOTA web site to the sponsor web site for one year.
Registration Packet/Tote Sponsor $1500
Company name and logo will appear on the packet given to each registrant. Sponsor may supply an advertisement to be included in the packet. Sponsor will also receive a half-page ad in the post-Conference newsletter, recognition signage displayed at the meeting, and a link on the WOTA web site to the sponsor web site for one year.
Lecture Sponsor $1000
Advertise your company name while sponsoring one of our educational sessions. Lecture sponsors will receive acknowledgment in the final program and a recognition sign at the entrance of the meeting room.
Continental Breakfast $1200
Sponsor will be acknowledged by signage to be displayed at the event. Sponsorship for each event is separate, but more than one sponsor may support each event. Sponsors will receive a half-page ad in the Conference program/post-Conference newsletter.
Refreshment Break $750
Sponsors will be acknowledged by signage to be displayed at the refreshment break in addition to recognition in the Conference program/post-Conference newsletter.
Lunch $2500
Sponsor will be acknowledged by signage to be displayed at the event in addition to a half-page ad in the Conference program/post-Conference newsletter.
Reception $3000
Sponsor will be acknowledged by signage to be displayed at the reception in addition to recognition in the Conference program/post-Conference newsletter.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities
Badge Holder Sponsor/Specialty Item Sponsor $500
Sponsor supplies note pads, pens, and miscellaneous giveaway items for the registration packet. Sponsor’s will be acknowledged in the Conference Program/post-Conference newsletter.
Silent Auction - Themed Baskets
WOTA sponsors a silent auction with items being displayed in the exhibit area. Proceeds from the auction are donated to either the AOTA Research or Scholarship funds. Consider creating a themed basket or contributing a product for the auction. Its an additional fun way for attendees to become acquainted with your company.
