2026 Annual Conference Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the 2026 WOTA conference. We have a full day of events, including speakers, posters and open time for visiting with exhibitors. We plan to set aside vendor/exhibitor/networking time during our sign in (8:00-8:30am) and again during the lunch time from 11:30 - 1:00.  

Below are the packages available for vendors:

Gold- $500 

• Online advertising

• Free Job posting on WOTA Website/Social Media 

• Logo promotion on handouts 

• Logo promotion in the conference center 

• Booth in conference center to exhibit on the day of event

• 2 OTPs attendance to conference  

Silver - $250 

• Logo promotion on handouts 

• Booth in conference center to exhibit on the day of event 

• 1 OTP attendance to conference 

In- Kind (donations for raffle items or awards)

• Logo on website 

• Logo on conference handouts
