Explore the investigative results that went into the development of the new AOTA Fieldwork Performance Evaluation Form through collaboration to support ease in use and instant access to aggregated data for a clear picture of student performance. Presenters: Nicole Boyington and Laura Sostre Dr. Nicole Boyington is an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for the Master of Occupational Therapy Program at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI. She teaches didactic courses within the curriculum including the level I and Level II fieldwork classes and, in the post professional bachelor to master’s online program. She has been a fieldwork educator for about 18 years. In spring of 2019, she co-founded a private practice focusing on psychosocial groups for children and adolescents. She currently is the president of the Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Association. Laura Sostre has been in the field of OT for 23 years with a highlighted passion for Geriatrics. In 2015, she achieved a Master’s Degree in the field of Psychology in the area of Health and Wellness. At this time, she is working as a Clinical Fieldwork Coordinator for a National Rehabilitation Company placing Observation, Level I and Level II Fieldwork Students. Currently, she is sitting as the Vice President of Professional Development for the Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Association with participation in virtual supervision of Level II OTA Fieldwork Students.
