Presenter Bios: 

Dr. Debbie Bebeau has been a passionate educator for over 20 years. She is currently on faculty in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Madison College. Prior to her tenure at Madison College, Dr. Bebeau was a Clinical Assistant Professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Occupational Therapy Program where she was inducted into the UW Teaching Academy and received the Ann Wallace Academic Staff Distinguished Achievement Award. Dr. Bebeau holds a B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University, a M.S. in Occupational Therapy from University of Indianapolis, and an EdD from Edgewood College. Before academia, she was an enthusiastic occupational therapist working at a Level I trauma hospital.

Sarah Clemons-Wagner has been an Occupational Therapist and clinician for over 17 years. Her specialty and practice area has always been Behavioral Health Occupational Therapy. Sarah has worked in many settings: inpatient behavioral health, community mental health- through the original PACT program, group homes and with individuals experiencing homelessness and severe mental health issues. She also trained on Medium Security Forensics at Mendota Mental Health Institute.

She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and is working as a consultant for mental health training and education.

Sarah is the Treasurer for WOTA.
