Proposed Changes to Bylaws

WOTA's Bylaws were last updated in 2015. The current Board of Directors reviewed them during a strategic planning meeting, and determined that some changes should be made, in order to better clarify board roles, expectations and volunteer opportunities.


President Kelly Sajdak presented the potential changes to the Bylaws at the WOTA Annual Membership Meeting on October 19, 2018. The changes do not affect WOTA's mission or Board structure. Instead, they are  designed to simplify WOTA Committees, and to allow for adjustments to committees based on the available volunteers.


You may view the proposed changes here.  Anything in red print would be removed from WOTA's current bylaws. Anything in green would be added to the bylaws.


WOTA members will be asked to vote, by email, very soon.
